Jeff Gill wins the Gosnell Prize

Congratulations to Jeff Gill for winning the 2009 Gosnell Prize (Along with John Freeman) for best work presented on political methodology at a conference in the preceeding year.  Gill and Freeman won for their paper entitled "Dynamic Elicited Priors for Updating Covert Networks"
